An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 3622 Whites Creek Pike, also known as Whites Creek Estates (MWS Project Nos. 24-WL-47 and 24-SL-152 and Proposal No. 2026M-066ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 880 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 744 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 306 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, 11 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 3622 Whites Creek Pike, also known as Whites Creek Estates, is needed to construct project numbers 24-WL-47 and 24-SL-152; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-066ES-001 on July 24, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 880 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 744 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 306 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, 11 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 3622 Whites Creek Pike, also known as Whites Creek Estates, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
