An ordinance amending Chapter 17.08 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to modify the Zoning District Land Use Table to reflect recent amendments to the Zoning Code (Proposal No. 2026Z-014-TX-001).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Land Use Table in Section 17.08.030 of the Metropolitan Code is amended as shown in Exhibit A.
Section 2. The Metropolitan Clerk is directed to publish a notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation within five days following final passage.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication of above said notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

This ordinance, as amended, amends Section 17.08.030 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to correct various errors in the Land Use Table that were made as part of the adoption of Ordinance No. BL2025-908 (Beer & Cigarette Market Regulations) and Ordinance No. BL2025-909 (Commercial Compatibility Overlay). The proposed corrections are housekeeping in nature and only intended to correct previous errors or omissions.
