Title: A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2021-684 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon water main, fire hydrant assemblies, and easements, to add phasing, to modify the acceptance of new public sanitary sewer and water main, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements, and update Map and Parcel information, for property now located at 1320 Adams Street, now known as the Neuhoff Development Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 20-WL-35 and 20-SL-70 and Proposal No. 2021M-010ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2021-684, approved April 21, 2021, authorized the acceptance of approximately 607 linear feet of new 12 inch water main (DIP), approximately 948 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for eight properties located on Adams Street, Taylor Street and 1st Avenue North, also known as the Neuhoff Development; and,
WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 670 linear feet of 12 inch water main, two fire hydrant assemblies and easements, is needed to construct Project No. 20-WL-35; and,
WHEREAS, Project Nos. 20-WL-35 and 20-SL-70 now refer to Neuhoff Development Phase 1; and,
WHEREAS, the previous approved acceptance includes approximately 411 linear feet of new 12 inch water main (DIP), approximately 376 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property now located at 1320 Adams Street, that are no longer needed to construct Project Nos. 20-WL-35 and 20-SL-70; and,
WHEREAS, the eight properties located on Adams Street, Taylor Street and 1st Avenue North, are now one property located at 1320 Adams Street; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2021M-010ES-002 on June 2, 2021, for the abandonment of water main, fire hydrant assemblies, and easements, the addition of phasing, and th...
