An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer and water mains, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for two properties located at 6944 Nolensville Pike and 7236 Old Burkitt Road, also know as Old Burkitt Road Mixed Use Development (MWS Project Nos. 20-SL-313 and 20-WL-159 and Proposal No. 2021M-039ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 670 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 376 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 21 linear feet of new six inch water main (DIP), approximately 610 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes, three fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for two properties located at 6944 Nolensville Pike and 7236 Old Burkitt Road, also known as Old Burkitt Road Mixed Use Development, is needed to construct project numbers 20-SL-313 and 20-WL-159; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2021M-039ES-001 on May 12, 2021, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer and water mains, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 670 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 376 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 21 linear feet of new six inch water main (DIP), approximately 610 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes, three fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for two properties located at 6944 Nolensville Pike and 7236 Old Burkitt Road, also known as Old Burkitt Road Mixed Use Development, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by ref...
