An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at West Division Street (unnumbered) in Hermitage, Wilson County, also known as the Canebrake Subdivision - Phase 1A (MWS Project No. 22-SL-19 and Proposal No. 2023M-112ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,365 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (DIP), approximately 1,801 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (PVC), 22 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at West Division Street (unnumbered) in Hermitage, Wilson County, also known as the Canebrake Subdivision - Phase 1A, is needed to construct project number 22-SL-19; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-112ES-001 on July 12, 2023, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,365 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (DIP), approximately 1,801 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (PVC), 22 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at West Division Street (unnumbered) in Hermitage, Wilson County, also known as the Canebrake Subdivision - Phase 1A, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
