An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes, the relocation of a fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at Tyler Drive (unnumbered), also known as Hermitage Row (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-32 and 25-SL-64 and Proposal No. 2025M-092ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 632 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes, the relocation of one fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at Tyler Drive (unnumbered), also known as Hermitage Row, is needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-32 and 25-SL-64; and,

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-092ES-001 on June 17, 2025, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assembly and easements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1.                     The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 632 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes, the relocation of one fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at Tyler Drive (unnumbered), also known as Hermitage Row, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2.                     The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.

Section 3.                     Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.

Section 4.                     This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
