A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water main, relocation of fire hydrant assembles and vertical adjustments to sanitary sewer manholes for three properties located at 6200 Banbury Station, 5976 Edmondson Pike and Charles Park Drive (unnumbered), also known as Edmondson Pike Roundabout (MWS Project Nos. 23-WL-75 and 24-SL-48 and Proposal No. 2024M-054ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 298 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), relocation of two fire hydrant assemblies and vertical adjustments of three sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 6200 Banbury Station, 5976 Edmondson Pike and Charles Park Drive (unnumbered), also known as Edmondson Pike Roundabout, is needed to construct project numbers 23-WL-75 and 24-SL-48; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and;
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-054ES-001 on April 12, 2024, for the acceptance of said water main, fire hydrant assemblies and vertical adjustments of sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 298 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), relocation of two fire hydrant assemblies and vertical adjustments of three sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 6200 Banbury Station, 5976 Edmondson Pike and Charles Park Drive (unnumbered), also known as Edmondson Pike Roundabout, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
