A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2025-1141, as amended, to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept additional public sanitary sewer manhole, for two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive, also known as Artist Lofts – Revision 2 (MWS Project No. 24-SL-242 and Proposal No. 2025M-168ES-003).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1141, approved December 17, 2025, and amended by Resolution No. RS2026-1948, approved May 8, 2026, authorized the acceptance of approximately 382 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive, also known as Artist Lofts – Revision 1; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of one additional new sanitary sewer manhole, is needed to construct Project No. 24-SL-242; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M168ES-003 on August 5, 2026, for revisions to the previous mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1141 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2025-1141 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 382 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive, also known as Artist Lofts – Revision 2, as shown below and on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:
