A resolution appropriating to certain accounts for the benefit of the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT) and the Midtown Business Improvement District (MBID) the amount of Five Million, Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($5,720,989).

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council desires to appropriate to certain accounts for the benefit of the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT) and the Midtown Business Improvement District (MBID) the amount of Five Million, Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($5,720,989) from the increased revenue of the GSD General Fund and the revenue of the MBID.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the following amounts from the revenue of the General Fund of the General Services District are hereby appropriated:
