A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2025-1141 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to modify the acceptance of sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and to update Map and Parcel information, for now two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive, (MWS Project No. 24-SL-242 and Proposal No. 2025M-168ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1141, approved, December 17, 2025, authorized the acceptance of approximately 914 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), 11 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for six properties located on Dickerson Pike, also known as Artist Lofts; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 532 fewer linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), five fewer sanitary sewer manholes and easements, are now needed to construct Project No. 24-SL-242; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved six properties have been consolidated into two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-168ES-002 on April 3, 2026, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1141 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2025-1141 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 382 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 3533 B Dickerson Pike and 550 Dusky Drive, also known as Artist Lofts Revision 1, as shown below and on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:
