An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6419 Holt Road, also known as Williams Mill Phase 2 (MWS Project Nos. 26WL40 and 26-SL-133 and Proposal No. 2026M-076ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,945 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,303 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6419 Holt Road, also known as Williams Mill Phase 2, is needed to construct Project Nos. 26-WL-40 and 26-SL-133 and;
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M076ES-001 on August 17, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,945 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,303 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6419 Holt Road, also known as Williams Mill Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1 which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
