An ordinance authorizing the granting of an overhead and pole placement easement to the Electric Power Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County on certain property owned by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County located at 2907 Booker Street (Parcel No. 09206032800) (Proposal No. 2026M-008ES-001).

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County owns a tract of land located at 2907 Booker Street (Parcel No. 09206032800); and,
WHEREAS, the Electric Power Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County has requested an overhead and pole placement easement, as described in the Easement Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, across said property for the purpose of supplying electricity; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE:
Section 1. The granting of this overhead and pole placement easement to the Electric Power Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, as described in the Easement Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, is hereby approved.

Section 2. The Director of Public Property Administration is authorized to grant said easement and to execute the necessary documents pertaining thereto.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
