An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements, and to accept new public sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 3909 and 3911 C Cross Creek Road and 2311 C Abbott Martin Road (MWS Project No. 25-SL-142 and Proposal No. 2025M-162ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 96 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, two sanitary sewer manholes and associated easements, and the acceptance of approximately 96 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and two sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 3909 and 3911 C Cross Creek Road and 2311 C Abbott Martin Road, are needed to construct project number 25-SL-142; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-162ES-001 on October 7, 2025, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 96 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, two sanitary sewer manholes and associated easements, and to accept approximately 96 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and two sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 3909 and 3911 C Cross Creek Road and 2311 C Abbott Martin Road, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
