An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1300 Hunters Lane (MWS Project No. 24-SL-72 and Proposal No. 2025M-018ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 70 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 896 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,486 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 17 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1300 Hunters Lane, are needed to construct project number 24-SL-72; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-018ES-001 on February 13, 2025 for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 70 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept approximately 896 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,486 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 17 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1300 Hunters Lane, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
