NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the following building material restrictions and requirements as a part of BL2025-739, a proposed Conservation Zoning Overlay District located west of Neelys Bend Road and north of Longfellow Drive, as described in Exhibit A, are hereby authorized:

Section 2.                     Any request for a waiver from part or all of the building material restrictions and requirements contained within this ordinance shall be submitted to the Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission at the time of application for a historic preservation permit.

Section 3.                     The Metropolitan Clerk is directed to publish a notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation within five days following final passage.

Section 4.                     That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication of above said notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
