An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing sanitary sewer main and easements, and to accept new sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 5540 Oakmont Circle and 262 and 264 White Bridge Pike, (MWS Project No. 20-SL-317 and Proposal No. 2021M-071ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 225 linear feet of existing eight inch sanitary sewer main (LINED) and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 188 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 101 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 5540 Oakmont Circle and 262 and 264 White Bridge Pike, are needed to construct project number 20-SL-317; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2021M-071ES-001 on August 20, 2021, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 225 linear feet of existing eight inch sanitary sewer main (LINED) and easements, and to accept approximately 188 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 101 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 5540 Oakmont Circle and 262 and 264 White Bridge Pike, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
