WHEREAS, pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws § 5.04.120, the Metropolitan Council can accept donations, exclusive of donations of real estate, by resolution; and,
WHEREAS, MC Oslo Hermitage, LLC owns and has developed a parcel of property (the “Property”) at 5770 Old Hickory Boulevard, Hermitage, TN; and,
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements (the “Improvements”) in the vicinity of that parcel are necessary, in part, due to the development of the Property; and,
WHEREAS, as provided in the letter attached as Exhibit 1, MC Oslo Hermitage, LLC proposes to donate $147,272.01 to the Metropolitan Government as a contribution towards Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. MC Oslo Hermitage, LLC proposed donation of $147,272.01 towards the cost of the Improvements, as proposed in Exhibit 1, is approved.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
