An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2025-831, a proposed Urban Design Overlay District for various properties located on the east and west sides of 51st Avenue North, north of I-440, between 63rd Avenue North and 43rd Avenue North, on the north and south side of Centennial Boulevard, and between Delaware Avenue and Louisiana Avenue to 56th Avenue North south of Centennial Boulevard, and between Couch Drive and Linder Industrial Drive to 61st Avenue North on the west side of 51st Avenue North, zoned RS3.75, R6, R6-A, RM9, RM20, RM20-A, RM40, OR20, R6, MUN, MUN-A, CN, CL, CS, and IR (395.59 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025UD-002-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the following building material restrictions and requirements as a part of BL2025-831, a proposed Urban Design Overlay District for various properties located on the east and west sides of 51st Avenue North, north of I-440, between 63rd Avenue North and 43rd Avenue North, on the north and south side of Centennial Boulevard, and between Delaware Avenue and Louisiana Avenue to 56th Avenue North south of Centennial Boulevard, and between Couch Drive and Linder Industrial Drive to 61st Avenue North on the west side of 51st Avenue North, zoned RS3.75, R6, R6-A, RM9, RM20, RM20-A, RM40, OR20, R6, MUN, MUN-A, CN, CL, CS, and IR (395.59 acres),are hereby authorized:
* Building fa?ades shall be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, metal paneling or siding, and glass, or materials substantially similar in form and function.
Section 2. The Metropolitan Clerk is directed to publish a notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation within five days following final passage.
