An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept new public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 406 B Lanier Drive and 610 Old Hickory Boulevard, also known as 0 Forest Park Development (MWS Project No. 25-SL-249 and Proposal No. 2026M-052ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 667 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 576 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 100 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,012 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 406 B Lanier Drive and 610 Old Hickory Boulevard, also known as 0 Forest Park Development, are needed to construct project number 25-SL-249; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-052ES-001 on July 9, 2026, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 667 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept approximately 576 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 100 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,012 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 406 B Lanier Drive and 610 Old Hickory Boulevard, also known as 0 Forest Park Developm...
