A ordinance correcting a typographical error in section 15.60.175 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws.

WHEREAS, Title 15 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws addresses water, sewers and other public services; and 

WHEREAS, a typographical error appears in section 15.60.175 that needs to be corrected and therefore the section requirements amendment; and,

WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that the correction be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1.                     Metropolitan Code of Laws § 15.60.175 of the Metropolitan Code of Law is hereby amended by deleting “40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(v)” and substituting “40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(vi).”

Section 2.                     This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
