A resolution accepting a donation from RSD1736-38 Lebanon Pike, LLC in the amount of $105,000 as a contribution towards infrastructure improvements.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws § 5.04.120, the Metropolitan Council can approve donations, exclusive of donations of real estate, by resolution; and

WHEREAS, RSD 1736-38 Lebanon Pike, LLC owns and plans to develop a parcel of property (the “Property”) at 1736 Lebanon Pike in Nashville; and

WHEREAS, infrastructure improvements or other transportation improvements (the “Improvements”) are and will be necessary as the Property and nearby properties develop; and

WHEREAS, as provided in the letter attached as Exhibit 1, the RSD 1736-38 Lebanon Pike, LLC proposes to donate $105,000 to the Metropolitan Government as a contribution towards the estimated cost of the infrastructure improvements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. RSD 1736-38 Lebanon Pike, LLC proposed donation of $105,000 as a contribution towards the cost of the Improvements, as proposed in Exhibit 1, is approved.

Section 2.  This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

This resolution accepts a donation from RSD1736-38 Lebanon Pike, LLC in the amount of $105,000. This donation will be used towards infrastructure improvements in the vicinity of 1736 Lebanon Pike. RSD1736-38 is undertaking a project at 1736-1738 Lebanon Pike which will have an impact on infrastructure in the area.

 

The Council is authorized to approve donations by resolution pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws Section 5.04.120.B.
