An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Kemp Drive (unnumbered) (MWS Project Nos. 22-WL-79 and 22-SL-169 and Proposal No. 2023M-104ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,964 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 2,267 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 283 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two new fire hydrant assemblies, 17 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Kemp Drive (unnumbered), is needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-79 and 22-SL-169; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-104ES-001 on June 30, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept acceptance of approximately 1,964 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 2,267 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 283 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two new fire hydrant assemblies, 17 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Kemp Drive (unnumbered), as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
