An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 272 and 288 Broadmoor Drive, and 301 Ben Allen Road, also known as Ben Allen Ridge Apartments - Onsite (MWS Project No. 22-SL-137 and Proposal No. 2023M-133ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,398 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (PVC), approximately 113 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 272 and 288 Broadmoor Drive, and 301 Ben Allen Road, also known as Ben Allen Ridge Apartments - Onsite, is needed to construct project number 22-SL-137; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-133ES-001 on August 23, 2023, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,398 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (PVC), approximately 113 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer mains (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 272 and 288 Broadmoor Drive, and 301 Ben Allen Road, also known as Ben Allen Ridge Apartments - Onsite, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
