WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 173 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP) and two sanitary sewer manholes, and the acceptance of approximately 2,030 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 651 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 78 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 95 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 21 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 253 Nesbitt Lane, 251 Nesbitt Lane and 227 Nesbitt Lane, are needed to construct project number 24-SL-53; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-124ES-001 on October 10, 2024, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 173 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP) and two sanitary sewer manholes, and to accept approximately 2,030 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 651 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 78 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 95 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), 21 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 253 Nesbitt Lane, ...
