WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 910 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 346 linear feet new 10-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,707 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 620 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three fire hydrant assemblies, 15 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at Chandler Road (unnumbered), also known as Chandler Reserve Phase 2, is needed to construct project numbers 21-WL-06 and 21-SL-11; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-043ES-001 on March 17, 2022, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 910 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 346 linear feet of new 10-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,707 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 620 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three fire hydrant assemblies, 15 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at Chandler Road (unnumbered), also known as Chandler Reserve Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
