An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 1908 Lebanon Pike and Lebanon Pike (unnumbered) (MWS Project Nos. 21-WL-103 and 21-SL-240 and Proposal No. 2023M-122ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 160 linear feet of new six inch-water main (DIP), approximately 16 linear feet of new four-inch water main (DIP), approximately 364 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer line (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 1908 Lebanon Pike and Lebanon Pike (unnumbered), is needed to construct project numbers 21-WL-103 and 21-SL-240; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-122ES-001 on August 2, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 160 linear feet of new six inch-water main (DIP), approximately 16 linear feet of new four-inch water main (DIP), approximately 364 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer line (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 1908 Lebanon Pike and Lebanon Pike (unnumbered), as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
