A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2021-615 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to add phasing and to modify the acceptance of new public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 7150 and 7154 Nolensville Road and Nolensville Road (unnumbered) in Williamson County (MWS Project No. 20-SL-69 and Proposal No. 2020M-108ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2021-615, approved February 17, 2021, authorized the acceptance of approximately 2,746 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), 15 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 7150 and 7154 Nolensville Road and Nolensville Road (unnumbered) in Williamson County; and,
WHEREAS, Project No. 20-SL-69 now refer to 7150 and 7154 Nolensville Road Phase 1; and,
WHEREAS, the previous approved acceptance includes approximately 1,394 linear feet of eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC and DIP), six sanitary sewer manholes and easements, that are no longer needed to construct Project No. 20-SL-69; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2020M-108ES-002 on May 26, 2021, for the addition of phasing and the modification of the acceptance of public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2021-615 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2021-615 is hereby amended deleting section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,352 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC and DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 7150 and 7154 Nolensville Road and Nolensville Roa...
