A resolution appropriating the amount of $31,815,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the purchase of equipment and building repairs for various departments of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $50,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Criminal Court Clerk for equipment.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,500,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Davidson County Sheriff's Office for building repairs and equipment.
Section 3. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $150,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Department of Emergency Communications for equipment.
Section 4. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $5,650,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Department of General Services for building repairs and equipment.
Section 5. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $7,358,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for Information Technology Services for equipment.
Section 6. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $800,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Metropolitan Action Commission for building repairs and equipment.
Section 7. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $170,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for Metro Nashville Community Review for building repairs and equipment.
Section 8. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,500,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department for equipment.
Section 9. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,940,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for Metropolitan Parks and Recreation for building repairs and equipment.
Section 10. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $300,000.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund for Metropolitan Public Health for building repairs and equipment.
