WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 125 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), one sanitary sewer manhole, and the relocation of one fire hydrant assembly, for property located at 501 Sylvan Street, also known as 5th and Summer development is needed to construct project numbers 23-WL-59 and 23-SL-136; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-138ES-001 on August 21, 2023, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and relocation of fire hydrant assembly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 125 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), one sanitary sewer manhole, and relocation of one fire hydrant assembly, for property located at 501 Sylvan Street, also known as 5th and Summer, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
