A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 2306, 2308 and 2310 Ilolo Street, also known Ilolo Street Sewer Extension (MWS Project No. 24-SL-178 and Proposal No. 2024M-150ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 289 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and two sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 2306, 2308 and 2310 Ilolo Street, also known as Ilolo Street Sewer Extension, is needed to construct project number 24-SL-178; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-150ES-001 on December 17, 2024, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 289 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and two sanitary sewer manholes, for three properties located at 2306, 2308 and 2310 Ilolo Street, also known as Ilolo Street Sewer Extension, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
