A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2025-1160 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept an odor control station and to modify the Map and Parcel information, for now one property located at 4316 Lavergne Couchville Pike, also known as Martin's Grove Revision 1, (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-54 and 25-SL-123 and Proposal No. 2025M-171ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1160, approved, January 23, 2026, authorized the acceptance of approximately 2,220 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 474 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), approximately 1,515 linear feet of two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for two properties located at 4144 Maxwell Road and 4316 Lavergne Couchville Pike, also known as Martin's Grove; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of an odor station, is now needed to construct Project Nos. 25-WL-54 and 25-SL-123; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved two properties have been consolidated into one property located at 4316 Lavergne Couchville Pike; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-171ES-002 on July 24, 2026, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-1160 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2025-1160 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
