Members of the public, who are Tennessee residents, wishing to speak may sign-up on the Council Meeting sign-up sheet located at a table outside of the Chamber on the day of the scheduled meeting. Public Comment sign-up for Council meetings begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. on the day of the scheduled meeting. Public Comment is limited to twenty minutes total at Council meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak.
