An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and to accept public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for 30 properties located on McClurkin Avenue, Emmett Avenue, Trevecca Avenue, Gallatin Avenue, Strouse Avenue and Douglas Avenue, also known as Lincoln Tech (MWS Project Nos. 26WL-7 and 26-SL-13 and Proposal No. 2026M-089ES-001).
