WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 201 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP-lined), approximately 1,048 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 100 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 2,065 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), 18 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Spring Branch Drive (unnumbered), also known as Spring Branch Drive Subdivision, are needed to construct project number 20-SL-150; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-013ES-001 on January 25, 2024, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 201 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP-lined), approximately 1,048 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and to accept approximately 100 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 2,065 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), 18 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Spring Branch Drive (unnumbered), also known as Spring Branch Drive Subdivision, as shown on...
