An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public water main and easements, and to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane, also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Infrastructure (MWS Project Nos. 24-WL-11 and 24-SL-22 and Proposal No. 2026M-045ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 1,357 linear feet of existing eight-inch water main (DIP) and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 3,500 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,316 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 569 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), eight fire hydrant assemblies, 16 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane, also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Infrastructure, are needed to construct project numbers 24-WL-11 and 24-SL-22; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-045ES-001 on June 8, 2026, for the abandonment and acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 1,357 linear feet of existing eight-inch water main (DIP) and easements, and to accept approximately 3,500 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,316 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 569 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), eight fire hydrant assemblies, 16 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane, also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Infrastructure, as sh...
