A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2024-636 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to modify the linear feet of sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements to be accepted, for property located 1000 Rivergate Parkway, also known as In-N-Out Burger, Rev. 1, (MWS Project No. 24-SL-28 and Proposal No. 2024M-132ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2024-636, approved December 18, 2024, authorized the acceptance of approximately 408 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, also known as In-N-Out Burger, Rev. 1; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 162 linear feet less of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fewer sanitary sewer manholes and easements, are now needed to construct Project No. 24-SL-28; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-132ES-002 on April 24, 2025, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2024-636 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2024-636 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 246 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, also known as In-N-Out Burger, Rev. 1, as shown below and on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:
