A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 609 Creative Way, also known as C & I Village Condos, Revision 1, (MWS Project No. 18-SL-194 and Proposal No. 2024M-125ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 245 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 128 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP) and three sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 609 Creative Way, also known as C & I Village Condos, Revision 1, is needed to construct project number 18-SL-194; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-125ES-001 on October 10, 2024, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 245 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 128 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP) and three sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 609 Creative Way, also known as C & I Village Condos, Revision 1, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
