WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-905, approved, July 16, 2025, and amended by Resolution No RS2026-1922, approved April 24, 2026, authorized the acceptance a new sanitary sewer pump station, approximately 405 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 3,629 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,852 linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), 32 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located 7375 Nolensville Road in Wiliamson County also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1 Revision 1; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 143 fewer linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), approximately 96 additional linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), and one additional sanitary sewer manhole and easements, is now needed to construct Project No. 24-SL-83; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-066ES-003 on July 9, 2026, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-905 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2025-905 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
