A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2025-905, as amended, to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to modify the acceptance of new sanitary sewer force main and accepting one additional sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 7375 Nolensville Road, in Williamson County, also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1 Revision 2 (MWS Project No. 24-SL-83 and Proposal No. 2025M-066ES-003).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-905, approved, July 16, 2025, and amended by Resolution No RS2026-1922, approved April 24, 2026, authorized the acceptance a new sanitary sewer pump station, approximately 405 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 3,629 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,852 linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), 32 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located 7375 Nolensville Road in Wiliamson County also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1 Revision 1; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 143 fewer linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), approximately 96 additional linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), and one additional sanitary sewer manhole and easements, is now needed to construct Project No. 24-SL-83; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-066ES-003 on July 9, 2026, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2025-905 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2025-905 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
