An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer main, new sanitary sewer manhole and easement, for two properties located at 2310 B and 2314 B 18th Avenue North, also known as 2312 18th Avenue North Sewer Extension (MWS Project No. 23-SL-281 and Proposal No. 2024M-111ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 169 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one new sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for two properties located at 2310 B 18th Avenue North and 2314 B 18th Avenue North, also known as the 2312 18th Avenue North Sewer Extension, is needed to construct project number 23-SL-281; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-111ES-001 on September 10, 2024, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 169 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one new sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for two properties located at 2310 B 18th Avenue North and 2314 B 18th Avenue North, also known as 2312 18th Avenue North Sewer Extension, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
