An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing reservoir drain line, and to accept new public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1431 Vultee Boulevard, also known as Jetway Logistics (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-53 and 25-SL-57 and Proposal No. 2025M-194ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 61 linear feet of existing 10-inch reservoir drain line, and the acceptance of approximately 381 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1431 Vultee Boulevard, also known as Jetway Logistics, are needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-53 and 25-SL-57; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-194ES-001 on February 26, 2026, for the abandonment and acceptance of said reservoir drain line, sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 61 linear feet of existing 10-inch reservoir drain line, and to accept approximately 381 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1431 Vultee Boulevard, also known as Jetway Logistics, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the abandonment and acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
