An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new water main, one fire hydrant assembly, a sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 350 Harding Place (MWS Project Nos. 19-WL-112 and 20-SL-187 and Proposal No. 2020M-099ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 281 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), one fire hydrant assembly, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 350 Harding Place, is needed to construct project numbers19-WL-112 and 20-SL-187; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2020M-099ES-001 on November 13, 2020, for the acceptance of said water main, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manhole and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 281 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), one fire hydrant assembly, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 350 Harding Place, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
