An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 208 Franklin Limestone Road and 2111 Murfreesboro Pike, also known as Franklin Limestone Townhomes (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-45 and 25-SL-109 and Proposal No. 2025M-088ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 803 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 183 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 531 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 208 Franklin Limestone Road and 2111 Murfreesboro Pike, also known as Franklin Limestone Townhomes, is needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-45 and 25-SL-109; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-088ES-001 on June 11, 2025, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 803 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 183 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 531 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 208 Franklin Limestone Road and 2111 Murfreesboro Pike, also known as Franklin Limestone Townhomes, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
