An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at West Campbell Road (unnumbered), also known as Days Valley Reserve (MWS Project No. 26-SL-131 and Proposal No. 2026M-079ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 822 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 118 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at West Campbell Road (unnumbered), also known as Days Valley Reserve, is needed to construct Project No. 26-SL-131; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-079ES-001 on September 1, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 822 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 118 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at West Campbell Road (unnumbered), also known as Days Valley Reserve, as shown on Exhibit 1, which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
