An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane, also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Residential (MWS Project No. 25-WL-88 and 25-SL-226 and Proposal No. 2026M-044ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,600 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,518 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 165 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, 16 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane, also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Residential, is needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-88 and 25-SL-226; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-044ES-001 on June 8, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,600 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,518 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 165 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, 16 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 633 West Green Lane also known as Hillpointe Whites Creek Residential, as shown on Exhibit 1 which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
