This resolution approves the second amendment to a lease agreement between the Metropolitan Government and the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), originally approved by Ordinance No. BL2005-509. The lease provides office and warehouse space at 1415 Murfreesboro Road. The first amendment to the lease was approved by Resolution No. RS2006-1256.
The resolution under consideration adds a second amendment to the lease agreement. The parties have agreed that MNAA will provide a minimum of 24 months notice to Metro prior to lease termination.
