A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept a new public sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 1200 F Phillips Street, also known as 12th and Phillips (MWS Project No. 24-SL-205 and Proposal No. 2024M-121ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of one sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 1200 F Phillips Street, also known as 12th and Phillips, is needed to construct project number 24-SL-205; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-121ES-001 on September 26, 2024, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer manhole.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept one sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 1200 F Phillips Street, also known as 12th and Phillips, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

Tennessee Code Annotated § 7-35-406(a)(2) and Ordinance No. BL2024-345 allow the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council.
