An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located at 6401 and 6361 Nolensville Pike and Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), also known as Nolensville Road Wawa. (MWS Project No. 24-SL-249 and Proposal No. 2025M-036ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 560 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), five new sanitary sewer manholes and any associated easements, for three properties located at 6401 and 6361 Nolensville Pike and Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), also known as Nolensville Road Wawa, is needed to construct project number 23-SL-275; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-036ES-001 on March 21, 2025, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 560 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), five new sanitary sewer manholes and any associated easements, for three properties located at 6401 and 6361 Nolensville Pike and Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), also known as Nolensville Road Wawa, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
