An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer pump station, new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 7375 Nolensville Road in Williamson County, also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1 (MWS Project No. 24-SL-83 and Proposal No. 2025M-066ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of a new sanitary sewer pump station, approximately 405 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 3,629 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 2,152 linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), 32 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 7375 Nolensville Road in Williamson County, also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1, is needed to construct project number 24-SL-83; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-066ES-001 on May 9, 2025, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer pump station, sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept a new sanitary sewer pump station, approximately 405 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 3,629 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 2,152 linear feet of new six-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP), 32 new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 7375 Nolensville Road in Williamson County, also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 1, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
