A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2023-1755 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to amend the quantities of public sanitary sewer mains, public sanitary sewer manholes, and easements, for property located at 6018 Mount View Road, also known as Campbell Crossings Townhomes, Revision 1 (MWS Project Nos. 20-WL-80 and 20-SL-154 and Proposal No. 2023M-018ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2023-1755, approved April 10, 2023, authorized the acceptance of approximately 645 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 899 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 782 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three fire hydrant assemblies, 12 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6018 Mount View Road, also known as Campbell Crossings Townhomes; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of an additional approximately 216 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two additional new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6018 Mount View Road, also known as Campbell Crossings Townhomes, is needed to construct Project No. 20-SL-154; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved acceptance of approximately 247 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP) and easements, are no longer needed to construct Project No. 20-SL-154; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-018ES-002 on July 18, 2024, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2023-1755 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2023-1755 is hereby amended deleting section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 645 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,115 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 535 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three fire hydrant assemblies, 14 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6018 Mount View Road, also known as Campbell Crossings Townhomes, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it

The Metropolitan Government has determined that an additional approximately 216 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two additional new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6018 Mount View Road are needed to construct this project. BL2023-1755 provided that amendments to the legislation may be approved by resolution.
This request has been approved by the Planning Commission.
