An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Hamilton Church Road (unnumbered), also known as Calumet (MWS Project No. 19-SL-286 and Proposal No. 2020M-089ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 264 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Hamilton Church Road (unnumbered), also known as Calumet, is needed to construct project number 19-SL-286; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2020M-089ES-001 on October 14, 2020, for the acceptance of said sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 264 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Hamilton Church Road (unnumbered), also known as Calumet, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
